J. Bros Auto Sale

Had made an agreement of purchasing a vehicle through auto auction. Found a vehicle but issues came up so vehicle was returned back to the auction. The owner *** agreed to give me a full refund back in May 2019. It’s been three months and only have avoiding to refund me full amount. Only been making excuses. I’ve been paitently waiting on him but always stop responding. I’m unsure on what’s going on. He remains to to still need to refund me $5,700. I tried contacting my bank but they are no help. I would like a refund receive as soon as possible.
