Review: I hired J Bruzzi Remodeling to replace my old roof, gutters, attic windows and skylights. He was referred to me by a prior customer who is a friend of mine. He started the job on a Saturday morning. I was told by workers at the end of the day he would return on Monday to finish the roof. The attic windows would be replace on the following Wednesday of that week. The contractor never return to complete the job even though we spoke numerous times. He told me he was coming and never did . After 2 weeks I hired someone to complete the roof. I am now hiring another roofing contractor to compete the flashing work around the chimney which the initial roofer did not do properly.Desired Settlement: I have spent 4500.00 to complete the job that [redacted] didn't complete. That's not including the attic windows which I have yet to replace. I gave J Bruzzi 8,000.00 dollars for an incomplete job.
