In response to complaint My business has been in contact with [redacted] about work on her Honda The vehicle was in need of a lot more repair then what was visually seen at date of original inspection The customer head been notified of the extra amount of work needed and the extended time that it would take to complete repairs [redacted] actually has an appointment this Thursday to see car, after turning down multiple attempts to meet with her

This is in response to the multiple complaints made by *** *** on September 5th, 17th, 24th and 28thOn September 5th the customer contacted the Revdex.com stating that she wanted a refund for a prepaid windshield / installation on her carI have it written on the invoice that the prepaid
amount for the repairs ( which wasn't the full amount of the repair costs) did not include payment for a windshieldSpace the invoice states that the windshield would be customer pay, which means that the customer pays out of pocket to buy the windshield instead of us; so that price is not included in the agreed upon totalThe windshield was never replaced or charged, as I had discussed with the customer recently over the phoneShe was only charged part of the total for the cost of body panel alignment, a front bumper purchased and painted, fixed core support, and the headlights paintedOn September 17th, the customer sent another complaint stating that she hasn't been able to get in contact with anyone at the shop and there has been no effort on our end to set up appointments or talk to herI called the customer on September 15th at 1:p.mto update her on the status of her car, and set up an appointment for her to come in on 9/17/at p.mto see the car herself and have as answer any questions she hadOn / / I called the customer at 11:a half hour before her scheduled appointment to confirm, and she then informed me that she changed her mind and wouldn't be coming in for her appointment anymoreThe next day on 9/18/15, I called the customer at 1:p.mto update her again about the progress on her carOn 9/23/the customer called twice but unfortunately, we were out of the shop that dayThe customer came by the shop the next day on 9/24/to inspect and take photos of her car and appeared to be in good spirits and expressed happiness in the work that has been completed thus farShe also had us look at the car she had driven here in, a Volvo station wagon, and inquired about a repair estimate on that car and said that she would want us to do work on it in the near futureThat same day, she contacted the Revdex.com, rejecting our original response to her first complaint stating that we had indeed been in contact with her and notified her that there was more work than originally thought on the carWhen the parts had been taken off, we could see that there was frame damage to the car which would take longer to fix than initially estimatedThe customer had been informed of this previously and also when she came to the shop on 9/24/On 9/28/15, the customer made another complaint, stating as she had in the first one that she had paid $for the purchase and installation of a windshieldThe customer still hasn't paid the full repair amount, so no extra money has ever been charged for a windshield, as that would have been added to the previously agreed upon $1,totalThe customers complaint stated that the purchase date of the $she wants refunded was on September 1st and that the problem occurred on September 9th This isn't trueI have the invoice stating that we first received $on May 9, and then $on May 19th, We have not received any other payment from the customer, as the rest of the agreed upon total ($1,000) would be received when the car is finished and the customer comes to pick it upThe customer has not tried to contact us since she stopped by the shop last week

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Prior to this complaint, I tried dozens of times to get a hold of this business and failedMy phone records show they never answered or called me back, never tried to set up an appointment with me to see the carAfter this complaint was made, they finally called me back and said my car was going to be finished in a weekA week has gone by and now my phone calls are being ignored againThey never mentioned any "extra work" that needed to be done, on the contrary, I told him not to replace the windshield so it can be finished soonerIt's been over months they've had my car and I really need it as soon as possible, as this is affecting my personal life and my work.Sincerely,*** ***
