Early Sept 2013 I placed an order for 8 sets of basketball jerseys for my travelling team. After receiving the mock ups from [redacted] at JC we placed our order with a guaranteed delivery date of Oct 10 2013. After 20 emails, 50 calls, and even Facebook messages, I still cannot even get a representative to discuss our uniforms. One email in a month that simply said "no problem with meeting that date". After hours of attempts to contact JC no response. The number listed on their website is nothing more than an answering machine that sends you to a generic mailbox. This is the same complaint that others have reported to the Revdex.com. Hard working people trying to do something nice for their kids while this company lies and ignores any contact. NEVER do business with this company and no recommendation. I should have done my homework prior to placing my order. This order was Paid In Full from the beginning as well.
