Yes Mr [redacted] has brought his truck to jc automotive several times we have tried to fix problem it an evaporative problem with fuel system it takes a day or two for computer in truck to test system at times we also have spent more than four hundred dollars in parts and upwards of ten hours on his truck that he was not charged for and we are not asking for we have no problem in trying to fix his truck but these things take time for intermittent problems he has also charged back his credit card which he has not said anything about in this letter jc automotive is more than happy to fix his truck but he has not come back we are sorry for the problems but we will fix thank you [redacted] jc automotive
