This is in response to Case number [redacted] *regarding work done for [redacted] I’m sending you copies of all contacts I had with Mr [redacted] through emails Including the original estimate ,which gives him the lineal foot price for tooten:i and walls , My quotes have bean for labor only and priced all up front It took Mr [redacted] weeks to get need permits to start the job , had to change footers due to different drawings of the house that would be sitting on the walls , I had over hours of excavation time that I did for f(M because he could not get there and operate equipment I loaned him equipment that he came and picked up because I could not bring it to himIn regards to the drug accusations I have no clue where they are coming from • the child he is referring to being on the job in the truck was my grandsonHe Is years old and does not do drugs nor Is he ever In the presence o.He rode to the job with me and helped load wood, Just like he has In the past ,and just Like his dad did when he was youngerI don't know Why Is slandering us like this other then he asked me to come back for 17,and Isai NO I , We are a family operated business with my son and will be passed down toWe get our work through word Of mouth by referrals ,Our reputation means everything , We strive to make sure that there are no surprises to the customer with pricing up front , even gave Mr [redacted] a estimated material list so he would know the cost We had no Idea that there was even problem I emailed Mr [redacted] telling him that we had the walls completely formed up and that we needed a pump truck ( that Iagreed to spilt the cost with ) Or we could wait for the ground to freeze ,didn't want 1o destroy his propertyI got no response until days later and that was with an email telling me to come and get my stuff, that I was $ over his budgetI called and try to figure out where this was all coming fromUnable to resolve, I had to pay my guys to take down all the walls that I had payed to put upThe cave ins would not have taken place If he had allowed me to continue and pour the walls that 100% formed up I took a $ loss on this job In labor alone ,not counting the rebar I brought In and the equipment I loaned and the digging I did for treeI’m also sending you pictures of the basement walls formed 100% ready to go Like I said he called ma after he returned from a week vacation to his home In Florida , attar the walls were completely tore down and asked me If I would come back and reform the walls and finish the Job for $ 17,When I said I couldn’t do that for that especially since I had Just paid for the walls to be formed and then paid to have them tore downThat was on the 4th apparently the next day he submitted this complaint I was completely blindsided from this , Had no Idea there was any problems , 11ever said anything until I attempted to make the around draw that I had also discussed with him from the beginning I collected $ 10,at beginning and when I requested second amount he only brought $ 2000.oo after he had changed the wall1, added retainer walls , added an outside entrance which involved a lot of digging ,additional footers and steps ,!he ba1ement price did Increase but I made him aware of this In all my emails and had to contact him through email because I was unable to get a hold himwhen spoke to him on the 4th I told him I would be back up there to load the la1t small truck load and to clean up the following weak It really bothers me that he feels the need to 11a11der and lie about this He needed to man up and call me If there were problems that m11ooed addre1sed AS FAR AS NO LONGER ACTIVE ,IFILE TAXES EVERY YEAR WITH THE STATE OF INDIANAIAM A MEMBER OF HOME ADVISOR , I HAVE ACTIVE FB PAGE THAT HE VIEWED I'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER YEARS , JCB CONCRETE 812-
