This company sent one of their salesman to measure my kitchen for measurements of cabinets. I purchased cabinets from this business in the amount of $3,722.40. The cabinets were measured wrong and they did not fit in my space properly. The company's Owner [redacted] and the salesman [redacted] both promised that a full refund would be issued and it was a satisfaction guarantee transaction. I returned all cabinets and molding today (Dec 20). [redacted] accepted the return but did not want to issue any refund. After accepting the cabinets he claimed they were all damaged and he would not issue any refund. This business has kept my money and the materials returned. I documented the cabinets condition with my camera and took pictures of all of them to show they were new, unused and uninstalled.
