J & C Construction

On Dec. 23 2009 J&C Construction replaced 15 windows and vinyl sided my home. After the work was finished I noticed that the vinyl siding near the roof was coming loose because it was cut too short. The vinyl siding on the back of the house is buckling (coming apart) in three different sections. The windows (6 of the 15) which are made so that they can be taken apart from the inside to be cleaned will not come out because they were installed too tight. I called [redacted] the owner of the company and he said that everything was minor and he would take care of it when the weather got better around June. I gave him a call on the third week of July and he told me he was too busy right now, too give him untill September. On the last week of March I spoke with [redacted] and he told me to give him a call in June because he had a contract that he had to finish. On July 25, 2011 I spoke with [redacted] and he told me that he would meet me at my home Saturday (July 30) to finish what needed to be fixed. He never came to the house, that was the last time I spoke with [redacted].
