We have reviewed complaint #[redacted] and were able to determine the following:
·        During payment processing there was an AVS mismatch, which resulted in three attempts to process the customer's card.
·        Two attempts...

came back failed and unused. One attempt was successful and approved in the amount of $33.45.
·        Since only one attempt is being honored, the other two attempts should drop off of the customer's account.
·        The customer contacted our Customer Service department on October 26th at 7:54am EST.
·        One of our Customer Service Representatives responded on October 27th at 11:34pm EST explaining the failed attempts and subsequent drop off.
Resolution: We have followed up with the customer to confirm that the two failed attempts have indeed dropped off of her account.
We are requesting that this complaint be removed from the Weaver profile, as this is an error on the part of the customer or their bank, and not Weaver.
