I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  Damage was DEFINATELY NOT there when I left the vehicle! It was also
left outside on their lot where it could have damaged and it went

us her feedback. We addressed each of the employees involved, and as a Good Will gesture, we are paying one of her payments. We have already mailed the check to her.                 In regards to the miscommunication, between Kia Motors Finance, and [redacted] we reached out to the regional KMF representative. We confirmed through him that she will only have one active loan account, and the due date is going to be scheduled on the 21st of each month as it states on her lease agreement.
