Hello,? I want to address each of your complaints individuallyFirst, I want to state that we went out to four locations for you (S Orange, E Sierra Madre, S Bush, and E Normal)Each time we went out, we were in full communication with you and received authorization before doing any workWe
do keep records of conversations with customers and do not show the dates you list as valid dates of conversations our staff has had with you.? Complaint 1: "I sent them out to service multiple units, and in one, they replaced a part, which didnt fix the problemThey came back out and rebilled me, still not fixing the problem."Response: The location you are referring to is the home on E Sierra MadreOn 05/02/we received your request to perform a preventive maintenance service at this locationWe went out to the location on 05/15/where we performed the PM service, replaced the filter, and replaced the dual capacitor and contactor for $435.00On 06/15/we received a call from you stating that the unit was not coolingWe sent a technician out the next day where he found the unit was functioning properly but the upstairs of the house felt warmer because there is no return air on that levelWe recommend there be a return air vent on each level because heat rises causing the upstairs level of homes to get hotter than the downstairs level.? Complaint 2: "In another unit they stated the cleaned the filter, two weeks later the unit stopped workingI called someone else out and that person showed me a filthy filter that was never cleaned."? Response: Of the four locations that we serviced for you, we only replaced a filter at the location on E Sierra MadreThis complaint would have been addressed at the time the technician returned on 06/16/2017.? Complaint 3: "They have sent me multiple bills at different amountsWe have requested a refund and they are not contacting us back"Response: Our company utilizes a Flat Rate Billing system meaning customers get billed at a pre-determined rate for each repair that we offerOur regular rate for servicing in the Fresno / Clovis areas is $per hourYou were billed at a discounted rate for each of your locations because you used coupons that were in the Fresno BeeI do not show any record of your request to receive a refund, solely the call that I received complaining about the bill and misunderstanding of what you signed for.Resolution:? I am very sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience with our companyWe will be issuing a credit for the outstanding charges on your account of $156.25.Thank you.?
