Customer Issue “Blower not

Customer had it locked out. Not sure on the dateIt was no chargeCustomer also had questions about how to make the furnace provide more heat. We did not install the furnace and the customer didn’t have any of the manuals for the furnace. We referred her to the original installerWe had multiple calls on this account. There is no issue between J.C Merriman Incand *** *** ***When *** told us that she didn't authorize the delivery we immediately removed the charge from her accountHer account balance is $She owes us nothing.*** sent *** *** as her representative into my office to discuss any issuesI explained to *** that we put the Kerosene in the tank because we were requested to by the landlordIt is his apartment, his tank and he always has it full when a new tenant moves into one of his apartments.I also explained to *** that ***'s account had been credited and any issue they had should be cleared up with the landlord*** admitted that the fuel tank was full when they moved in and they had agreed to fill it when they moved out*** did say that they wanted to get the security deposit back from the landlord because they were going to need itWe have nothing to do with thesecurity deposit but it makes sense to me that the landlord was probably going to use it to pay forthe Kerosene to refill the tankBut again this has nothing to do with usHe seemed to understand and went homeA little later I received a message that *** was going to come to see me 4:-4:I waited for her until 5:She never arrived.It sounds to me like she was trying to move out without filling the tank as she agreed to and she was angry that she didn't get away with itBut this has nothing to do with usCharles ***

*** *** spoke with Mr*** today and he stated that the person of responsibility was *** *** He tried to say that the bill is not in my name but I have provided a document proving that it was charged to my name, the actual billI am going to Merriman's today to speak with Mr
