I called to find out what the collection agency was contacting me for and the representative who was very rude explained to me what the letter was in regards to. She said very rude comments and stated the truth hurts and would not give me the information I asked for. She refused to let me talk to anyone else and refused to give me information as far as a phone number to the company that claimed I owe them $52.00. I am quite sure that as part of the federal collection laws she must disclose information to me as to where the debt is from and contact information. She basically went straight to proccessing a judgement and was by no means helpful.
