They lured me in by offering no-hassle, employee pricing to teachers on the Tucson Values Teachers website (I am a teacher) After I initially inquired about a vehicle they said there is no teacher discount but they would knock a little off I said no thank you and followed up with Tucson Values Teachers Shortly after a manger, *** I believe, called and said he was sorry for the "misunderstanding." He then promised that if I came back in he would ensure I would get the no-hassle employee pricing they advertisedI believed him so I came back in Again though they offered me a price well above employee pricing The manager chalked it up to a misunderstanding again It defiantly felt like a classic bait and switch Twice I was promised one deal but offered a much higher price when I actually came in

This is what I have now come to expect from O'Reilly Chevrolet in
I responded to a pop up ad on Weather.com from O'Reilly Chevrolet prior to 9/23/for a 60% off of Silverado sale I specifically asked for the details of which Silverado and where suspecting it was a coad and not a true sale
A few days later on 9/*** from O'reilly sent an email asking for me to call as he needed more information I replied that I wanted to know about the 60% off promotion He did not respond or answer my questions
The next day 9/*** from sales at O'Reilly sent me saying she was taking over for *** in an email asking for the same contact information that *** asked for I replied that I wanted to know the details of what and where on the 60% off promotion for a Silverado
*** responded on October 2nd saying that the 60% promotion expired in September and again asking for contact information I replied and asked why she waited until October to respond to an inquiry about a sales promotion from September 23rd that expired in September? Waiting for her response
I called *** *** the General Manager for O'Reilly Chevrolet, got an answering machine, left a message telling him that his sales staff missed a sale and left a call back number
Since it has been my experience that subordinate employees generally reflect the attitudes of their superiors I don't expect a satisfactory response, if a response at all, from *** ***

I arrived at Oriely service deptat about 8:in the morning to inquire on an oil changeI did not have an appointment but had hoped they could squeeze me inThe young woman who I was greeted by told me they could absolutely get me in and out with out an appointment in about an hour to one hour and fifteen minutesThree hours later I was still waitingI had enough and had to ask about my vehicleI was told that it was still an hour away from even being worked on and that the young woman who told me an hour was just a lot attendant !! I can only speak for my self but my time is worth more than the value I believe Oriely has on itAfter hours of waiting I ended up having to leave without any service being done to my vehicleI was told that they apologize and that they were busyTo me that means that when they get busy, which is often, that customer service is not the priority and that their way of making up for it is by only offering apologies

Having recently purchased a Chevy Equinox, using the COSTCO Auto Program, and trading in a Equinox, I could not have had a more pleasurable and rewarding experience, in particular dealing with Mr *** *** Mr *** *** and Mr *** *** They in particular, and Orielly Chevrolet generally, were the epitome of what a major dealership should be like, and as a first time customer, was very impressed with their professional operation, am completely satisfied with my purchase, and would highly recommend them for anyone wanting a fair, smooth and satisfactory experience in a vehicle purchase

This review is for Aurora Pools and Spas in Knoxville, TN. My husband and I have purchased a Hawaiian Breeze Spa from them just recently! We love it! The spa is not only beautiful and well made we got the best price in our area for this type of purchase. The sales staff especially [redacted] were very good at helping [redacted] and I with the spa that most fitted our landscape, budget, and life style. Our spa looks just like it was made for our patio, porch area! It is beautiful and has the marble look interior, a lounge and seats four or five more people! My husband wanted the mood lights and built in stereo so we did. Everything is just awesome and beautiful! We look forward to spending many great times in our soothing spa!! Thank you Aurora

Found Aurora online and stopped at the Farragut location. They referred us to the North Knoxville location because " they have a lot of patio furniture in stock". The next day we drove up to the Central Ave location in Knoxville. On arrival, one young girl greeted us--yelling from the back of the store. We told her we were looking for patio furniture and were referred. She pointed toward a section with tables and chairs and said "that's all we have". She and 2 other employees then went back to eating their food, at one of the display tables, as if we weren't even there! Definitely NOT worth the drive. I would never make the trip back there again. Service does not exist. Sad.
