JC Sod and Plants installed my sod the first week of October, 2012. I was told there was a 60-day warranty on the installed sod. Less than a month later, I complained that there was an inordinate amount of weeds that grew out of the sod. I also complained that there was more than one type of grass in the sod. I was asked to wait until the spring time and they would assess the condition of the sod and take care of any complaints at that time. I have since made at least 15 - 20 phone calls. I received a visit from one representative from the company who acknowledged that the condition of the sod was unacceptable. Since then, no one has come to my home, nor has anyone agreed to actually do anything about the condition of my sod. I have received nothing other than delays and excuses, such as attempting to blame the builder for delaying the placement of the sod, which had nothing to do with the large number of weeds in the sod and various types of grass in the sod.
