J. Carroll General Contracting

My name is *** owner of J.Carroll restoration I was contacted by mr. the end of last year throughout a referral company called porch.com he said he had storm damage and his chimney blew of , had roof damage and needed an estimate. I met mr *** at his house looked at all the damage he said the storm caused to his house chimney the pump room and a small building at the left front side of his property gave him an estimate for all of it. his insurance called and asked for me to break down the estimate for them wich I did in detail but they didn't want to pay for the siding on the small building because they could tell if it had happened during the storm . mr. insisted it happened during the storm so I explained to them I couldn't tel exactly when it happened but it was damaged I spent about three weeks getting quotes and speaking to his insurance company after that about two month went by and mr. calls me out of the blue and asks did I receive a package I said I hadn't received any package he then proceeded to tell me he sent something but didn't say what it was then he said it was something for my time I had put in with him and his insurance company and that his boys had come from California and had taken care of all the work I had estimated except for the roof on the small building and his pump room. He then asked me to provide him with and estimate for those 2 roofs wich I did I put a detailed estimate like it says at the top of my stationary and emailed it to him he asked me on the phone when I could start I gave him an idea of when I could do the roof I told him I needed a contract before I start . the week I was supposed to start to meet him to sign a contract and start it rained 3 days out of the week he said he was out of town anyways and to meet him next week I agreed. the next week came up he contacted me said he was back in town when could I come out I said Friday he said ok . Friday came and he called me I explained to him my son and I had benn up all night and I was at the doctors office not that its anyones buissnes wich son or anything else about mr. sons medical condition hes special needs child 14 years old that was born with SCIDS savere childhood immune difitioncey syndrome basically the common cold is very dangerous for him when mr. called it was in the morning he said don't worry about anything let me know when you can come out I said ok later that night 9:30 pm he texted me and said he needed and update on when I would be out or did he have to get another contractor at that point my son was very ill and I was still dealing with him so I said to mr .*** I wouldn't mind if he found another contractor and he went insane threatening me said he was coming to my house or was gonna send someone by to my house kept calling me a gypsysaid he was gonna contact the Revdex.com and slander me everywhere and this is someone whome ive done absolutely no work for I can not help my childs health but he comes first what I gave him was an estimate and he changed it with a pen 3000.00 wasn't for a down payment either just as it says 3000.00 would be paid after the roof was torn off its a payment schedual and the rest would be after the job was complete from the insurance company after they inspect it
