Re: Complaint * *** I took over this franchise on April 1, 2015. Mr*** was in the position running the front office. Concerning the complaint Mr*** response was total denial and deflected the issue toward the customer However there have been other circumstances
which support the allegations, behavior and actions of Mr***. Although this was not the only performance issue in question with Mr*** he was terminated from Employment with my company on August 11, 2015. His actions do not reflect the customer service philosophy I have for my company nor will I permit any Employee on my payroll to exhibit towards customers, vendors or other Employees’. Since his termination I have other information which supports unprofessional behavior as a repetitive issues; supporting my decision to remove Mr*** from employment with Meineke I have contacted the complainant by phone and apologized. I may have lost a long term customers but I have made steps toward the future to demonstrate the emphasis I place on long term partnerships with all my customers.
