J crew

I am 65 and was shopping with my granddaughter yesterday at your school. I suddenly started coughing and began wetting my pants. I begged the manager (who had been my salesperson previously and knew I was a legit customer) to let me into a bathroom because I was having trouble. She pointed me a long way away and told me "no". I think that a manager should be able to think more clearly than that. I would totally understand a clerk, but the manager?

I bought my granddaughter a lot of clothes yesterday, but you can bet none of them were from j crew.
