I just want this done and will drop this complaint when it is. Anyone looking at the pictures I attached can see this is not a good job

MY ROOFER TELLS ME HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET TO THIS JOB THIS WEEK

Every week I am told the same thing, "they will be coming to fix your roof this week". I feel I am being taken advantage of because I am a senior citizen and a widow. They think they can "pat" me on the head with the promise to get it done and I will just believe them. Their lack of response is holding up the entire remodel, costing me financially and costing me problems with the person (my son) that is buying the home after it is done.So if they are trying to work with me, how about take the time to get it finished in a timely manner. I have pictures of their mess if you would like to see them.Thank you for protecting those with no voice against bullies like Mr ***

My roofer assures me that he will be on job Monday 8/31/

The job was completed yesterday using the color material originally requested and without stair stepping material as requested. The primer we used was a Quick dry spray on  asphalt primer that was more expensive but allowed us to complete the job the same day as opposed to a roll on primer that would have need extended drying time.

I have been in contact with customer and have answered all phone calls and texts. I am working to resolve the issue to her satisfaction. It may seem like it is taking a while but crew is booked solid with jobs and we are trying to work this re-roof in. I have every intention to follow through with...

agreed on solution.

I understand that it has taken sometime to schedule her re-roof other than the fact that it has taken sometime for the crew to be scheduled . This is something we are doing at our cost and am working around  previously scheduled job . To the statement that it is holding up her work , the roof is a fully functional  . I have always treated the customer with respect. I my self am a senior citizen .  My roofer has ordered the materials and is trying to work out a day this week to take care of it.

The roof is funcional but the roof it is attached to is on hold to be completed until his mess is fixed.  We are putting a railing around the other roof because it is a deck space and my son (who lives in this house) can not allow his friends children on this deck until it is safe.  So it IS holding up the completion of this house and it is a major safety issue.  Also I can not have the driveway asphalt done because I never know when his roofers are coming.  I feel Mr [redacted] is going to drag this on until I just give up and this is just not right.  If you create a problem just be honest and fix it........

We have ordered material to complete re-roof and roofer says that he will complete work this week. will get back with you when I have a good date. I apologize for any inconvenience the delay has caused.

Very fustrated.  This is the 5th time "the roofers are coming" has been promised.  Hope it happens but don't have much faith at this point.
