J D Auto Mechanic

This car came to me from a different shop, other mechanics were already working on this car before I started working on it. It was overheating, I replaced a water pump that had nothing to do with the engine, replaced a camshaft sensor because it was shaking the customer wanted the car running...

smoother than it was and I gave it to him in a lot better condition than he brought it to me. He left it at my shop for 3 months, came back with bad attitude and determined to blame me for all the problems on his car. It has 3 broken bolts inside the head of the engine, it was like that when he brought it to me. I did what I could, but he needs to have the head or the engine replace, I did nothing wrong he owes me money for the 3 months he left his car at my shop after I had already did my work and he paid me. There were no others clients complaining at my shop when he came. He now wants to drive work away from me because he wants me to pay him back for the work I did on the car already. He is posting bad reviews on [redacted] to harm my shop, but I have very good loyal customers that know the way I work and my honesty, this man is just discriminating me because I am Hispanic and being racist. He targeted me and my shop because I am a latino.

I took my car to JD auto mechanic the first time to have my rack and pinion repaired. I paid about $750 for this service. A few months later I was told by another mechanic that I needed to have my rack and pinion replaced again. I knew that it was under warranty, so I returned to JD auto mechanic only to be told by [redacted] that it was my power steering pump and wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. That repair was close to $900. A week after the replacement of the power steering pump I noticed that fluid was leaking from the bottom of the vehicle and I had extreme difficulty turning the wheel. Upon inspection of the bottom of the vehicle I saw a towel hanging down that had been left there by the mechanics at JD Auto Mechanic (I have photo evidence of this fact.) I returned to the mechanic and informed them of the issues and I was told that they would repair my vehicle properly this time. This repair took another week putting us at week two of not having a vehicle. I picked up the vehicle again and upon driving it away from the mechanic I heard a loud noise coming from the engine and viewed the check engine and service stability lights were both on. I immediately returned the vehicle to the shop and I was told that I would have to leave the vehicle with them again so they could attempt yet another repair. I called a couple days later and I was told that the rack and pinion that they had previously repaired was the cause of my power steering pump failure and they needed to replace the rack and pinion and power steering pump again. They did not honor the power steering pump one year warranty because the rack and pinion (also under their warranty) had caused the power steering pump to fail. At which point I was charged an additional $516 for the second repair of the power steering pump. When I received my vehicle I proceeded to drive the vehicle and it was uncontrollable so I took it back again. I picked it up the very next day and the vehicle was smoking and still making a loud noise in the engine and brake area. The horn no longer works , a service airbag light appeared in addition to the service stability system light, and the control buttons on my steering wheel no longer work. At this point I decided to keep the vehicle in this horrible and dangerous condition and proceed with filing a complaint.

I also have video and photo evidence of employees drinking beer while repairing vehicles. I also have numerous witnesses to the events and issues mentioned above. I have spoken with a lawyer about a potential case against JD's Auto Mechanic. All dates and payments should be saved in the system of business and I also have receipts and proof and each payment issued.
