I've had my 2005 Suzuki GS500F in their shop for almost 2 months now and I've been told on multiple occasions that the repairs would be completed on a certain day and to call back on that day. I've been told this a minimum of 5 times and they keep pushing back the date. At the time of the diagnosis which was almost 3 weeks
after I put my bike in their shop, they finally gave me a list of parts I would need to fully repair the motorcycle, which came to a total of over $1,600 in labor and parts. Also, with that said, I was told that they hadn't even broken the machine down completely and that they wouldn't know exactly the parts I needed until they
started to put it back together.How could they not know after getting into it? When they did get back to me with a repair list I was told I would need a down payment of at least $700 which I paid and still have absolutely no results.

This motorcycle is my ONLY means of transportation for the time being and I've gone almost 2 months without it.

I am also wary that they are possibly trying to charge me for parts and labor that I do not need.
