There was a new roof/ shingles installed to my home 6 years ago (right before I purchased my home) with a 10 year warranty per John M/ company transferred to new owner (myself); since then numerous shingles have fallen off. so much so, that the foundation of the home is visible. It’s now going on three months that John has been giving me the run around to fix my roof which is covered under his warranty. He’s blaming it on the company the shingles were purchased from ..a claim also has been submitted with them (***) as well and he’s failing to also provide them with the information they need from when the installation was made.
