Was told one price over the phone and a higher price when I picked the vehicle up. Was charged for the weekend even though I picked the car up on a Friday because I was unable to pick car up by 4 pm. He stays there until 6 with several other employees but charged more to stay there pass 4 even though he is there anyway. I asked for an itemized bill so I would be able to see all the charges. A fifty dollar charge was added but not in bill. Ask him to show me that charge on receipt. He produced an additional receipt with that one fee on it. Ask for a copy and he said ok after you sign it. After I signed it he said I had to get it from the bank that he didn't give those receipts out. Bank stated they never get receipts because it between the repo company and car owner. Had to sign the inventory list prior to seeing inside or outside of car. He wouldn't let me see my car until I signed all forms. This company made me feel so uncomfortable and lied about several things just to get me to sign all forms.
