The owner of this business was completely rude to me for NO reason what so ever. I called this business to get my car worked on because my window wasn't working. When I called, I was asked no questions about anything. I was told to drop my car off after 1pm. When I dropped my car off, the owner [redacted], ignored me and only spoke to the young women working the phones. I started asking HIM questions, and he kept looking at her. Then he said "I don't know what kind of car you drive, i'm not a psychic" I told him I wasn't asked what kind of car I drove or the nature of my problem. He just stared at me. He told me he'd call me to let me know how much everything was going to cost. When I went to pick up my car, I pulled out my debit card to pay and he rudely says "Cash or Check Only". I asked him why he didn't mention that to me when I dropped my car off. He said "DO YOU see any sign saying I accept credit cards?" I asked if he saw any signs that say cash/check only. He said "I don't have to". So I went to get cash, and when I came back he said no extra charge. I may have
