J.D, Roofing employees were very professional. They finished the roof in one day with tear off and a new roof. When they left the yard was so clean. The sales rep [redacted] was awesome. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. He was at out home the day of the roofing to make sure all of our concerns were met.
Had about 6-8 roofing contractors come out and just had the best vibe with Bill from J.D. Roofing. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions throughout this whole process. The crew did a full tear off of the house and garage in one day and after did a thorough clean-up. Roofs look great was very impressed. Would highly recommend J.D. Roofing

I interviewed 7 roofing company representatives and thankfully chose Bill & John from JD Roofing. Knowing little to nothing about the "science of replacing roofs," (and it is definitely a science), Bill patiently explained, defined and completely described the process, the materials, my choices and costs. And, he is an insurance claim expert, which was vital in my circumstances. John & His crew are the most respectful, professional and considerate workers & did not interfere with my daily routine. I was amazed to find my premises cleaner when they were done than when they started! I wholeheartedly thank and recommend them for the beautiful new roofs!

Highly recommended! They installed my roof properly, were very polite, and did a thorough cleanup after. All of the crew work for the company, they do not have sub-contractors. Even the owner of the company was on site and worked hands on to get the job done.
Had a tear off and new shingles put on. They were prompt and did an excellent job from tearing the old shingles off to replacing the new and for clean up. Bill from Sales was great and was able to sit down and explain the entire process for us and was able to work with our insurance company. The owner and all the guys on the crew were terrific and we have no complaints. Would recommend them.

Chris communicated clearly and precisely with me through the entire process from estimate to completion, he walked me through the financing process they offer and made the whole experience much less stressful then I had anticipated. Their price was the best price of all the estimates I received. On top of that, once they started to tear the old roof off, which was slate with 2 layers of shingles on it, they discovered it was not slats as I had told them (this is a rental and we were unable to go into the attic at time of estimate) it was plywood underneath, and they deducted over $500 from my bill for the wood they did not need to use! I am extremely impressed by this!! I would have never known the difference about the wood. Extremely Honest Company! They did a fantastic job cleaning up and the roof is gorgeous! One of my neighbors went out of her way to even call and complement them on what a hard working great bunch of guys they were. I will never use anyone else for any roofs I need for my rentals or my home. You can depend on JD Roofing and Exteriors! They come through on everything they say they will do and then some!

An excellent company to work with. From start to finish everything went smoothly. The estimate was very detailed and thoroughly explained. The salesman worked with us to secure the financing we required. Scheduling an install date was simple. The professionalism of the crew was fantastic. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up completely. I am extremely happy with the new roof and know that we received a quality product.
I am delighted with the entire roofing project from estimate to final product. The sales rep provided the most comprehensive list of important information of the 5 estimates we got. Everything from shingle quality to liability insurance info to guarantee exceeded any other estimate. We were updated regularly on when to expect the job to be done. Materials arrived the day before and the crew the day of. Outstanding workmanship on roof, protected landscaping, thorough clean up....... And they even trimmed some branches hanging on roof and put matching shingles on mailbox!!!
I recently had my roof replaced, it was a full tear off, 2 layers, very old and I decided to go with J.D. Roofing. They were timely, clear about what work would be done, highly accredited and offered the best options for financing and warranties for the price I paid. It's still early yet but I haven't had any problems with the roof and it looks great. These guys went above and beyond. Definitely recommended.
Everyone from JD Roofing was amazing! Bill really helped us through the process from the start. They had done my parents roof so came highly recommended. Our roof had some serious damage and was leaking in several places, they were prompt and ready to work and accommodated us quickly since we were having such problems! Bill helped me choose a color (I can be an indecisive pain!) and it ended up looking beautiful. The guys were all licensed and Bill presented me with that information so I knew it wasn't just random people doing my roof. It is a huge investment so this is important! Their cleanup was immaculate and nothing left behind and they have advanced equipment so you don't have a dumpster sitting in your driveway for days. The process took one day for a new beautiful roof including a tear off. The shingles are high quality as are the workers! They were friendly and communicative about any questions I had. They really went above and beyond with quality and most importantly to me, customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!
