Very poor business don't honor their Advertised prices very shady practices also stay well clear!! Their fair offer's are not fair offer's at all trust me!
The Rat King is very reliable. We got rodents in the attic of our new home 6 months after moving in. We used Trapper John 15 years ago, so it's nice to see they are still in business. They did repairs to the house, and trapped the rodents out. They have new technicians that are just as professional as before. They always give a reasonable price with a 1 year warranty, which we know they stand behind. It's an unpleasant situation to deal with , but they make it as pleasant as possible. You will be glad you called them if you have a problem like ours.
We called Trapper John because our neighbor had used them in the past and were happy with them. We had a Raccoon in our attic , and what a loud noise she was making at night. They sent ( Mike ) out, and he was fantastic, trapped the raccoon and cleaned up our attic.
It all started when our lights were flashing bright then off then back on, so we called an electrician out. He found that rats had been chewing on the wires in our attic, and recommended we call a trapper first to get rid of the rats. So we call the Rat King Specialist Trapper John. They sent Robert out, and he did a wonderful job, and was on time for every appointment. We had a lot of questions, and he had the answers, very professional.Now, when the electrician gets finished we will have Trapper John come back out to clean the attic and replace the insulation.
We are sharing our experience because we are happy customers of Trapper John.
Bats were nesting on our roof , ( under the roof tiles ) . Casey was our technician, he did a great job.
