I was involved in a single vehicle accident in my city last week Jd towing was called by local law enforcement I was charged $for a ten minute tow When the driver wrote me the receipt for the tow charge, he crossed out someone else's personal information and wrote mine next to it I submitted the invoice I was provided to my insurance company for reimbursement They denied the claim because all the information was scratched out I contacted the company to ask them to reissue me another receipt and the person who answered the phone was completely rude He is not responding to my communications asking him to resolve this matter I am out of pocket $due to his actions
