[redacted]In regards to the message from J & D Tree Care, I, [redacted] did not agree to have anyone replace my fence. [redacted] was called to the Telephone number on his business card and asked to give an estimate to trim two trees in my back yard. He came over and gave a price of $[redacted]. I told him I would accept. He told me he would come back as soon as he got caught up. He had other jobs pending.He did come later with his bucket truck, chipper, and crew and did the damage that was reported.This was a business deal. I have used his service in the past, and was satisfied. After doing the damage, he said he was sorry, and he would send someone to repair the door that goes under my house that he damaged. He told me he would come back and climb the trees and finish trimming out dead limbs if I would replace my fence. He never came back.He called me later and said he was sending someone he met doing some concrete work in [redacted] came and gave me the estimate you have on file.Each estimate was to put my driveway back like it was before J&D Tree Service LLC did the damage.Each estimate stated the only proper way to do this job, was to take up entire section of concrete and re-pour.
this is someone I have know and done work before but have never worked for or was going to work for as a company. this is a personal matter and has nothing to do with J&D Tree Care llc
this is someone I know personally and it was not a job for my company. I have tried several times to get a repair for him but he wants more than what is required to fix the problem. I have more than on e person willing to make the repair at one third of the estimate he has. as far as his complaint about the fence he was going to have [redacted] install a new one. as I have stated before this was a no money favor I was doing outside of my company not thru the company.
