J & D Windows and Doors General Contracting

When it rains it pours, On September 17th during a rainstorm, I noticed that my cathedral ceiling had developed a leak to the point it progressed down the whole ceiling. I stayed up all night to try and keep things dry knowing I had to call the company who had installed the new roof four years prior. The company referred me to the warranty department who was not available but I was assured I would get a call back. I received a call from the warranty department on the 18th and was told that I would be getting a call from individuals at their convenience. I continued to monitor the weather report and as our area was due to get rain again, on the 21st of September I started looking for a contractor who might be able to help me. After reading reviews I decided to call J & D, I was surprised to hear a voice on the other end and after explaining my situation Dave told me he was at a job but when he was finished he would call me and would come out and assess the situation. True to his word he did, he took time to stop and get a tarp in the event that the roof couldn't be fixed immediately. He assessed the situation and was able to apply a seal without having to tarp the roof. We got rain that night but the seal held and Dave called me the next morning to make sure everything was alright. I cannot be more grateful to J & D (Dave) for their commitment to exceptional Customer Service and highly recommend them. I was so impressed that I contracted with this company to update wooden casement windows with new Energy Star twin double hung windows and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The windows were installed within a couple of hours, clean up was so efficient that you couldn't tell that anyone had been working inside or out. I will definitely use this company again for future projects!
