We told [redacted] that we were extremely busy at least months or more behind The dirt to fill in the low areas of her back yard I am sending you, The Revdex.com a copy of the contract stating that J & D's was going to leave the dirt on site Also J & D's marked out where J & D's was going to leave the dirt J & D's gave [redacted] a discounted price because was leaving dirt in site [redacted] called screaming at me, John V., saying come get dirt off her property She did not follow her contract [redacted] has a balance of $because J&D's had to bring back dump truck and excavator to remove dirt and haul it away Along with this statement is a copy of her contract stating leave the dirt on siteThank you, John V

We tried calling [redacted] , he didn't return our callsI was under the impression his driveway was doneWe returned his check in full on 12/19/He mentioned in his letter that J/D was a fly by night companyWe are not a fly by night company, we are hard working & honestIf there are any questions, please feel free to contact meJohn [redacted]

We started some large projects this season, I mentioned to her husband we where running behind and will get there driveway doneTori could of just called our office and cancelled, J&D would have just mailed her deposit check back to herJ&D did not cash their check, there was no need for customer to cancel checkWe are a reputable firmIf the customer would have asked for us to mail back her deposit check, we would have done no problem ! J&D came and finished the black top job on Sept 8thHe had originally told me he was going to do this job at the beginning of JuneHis estimate was going to include taking away the dirt and I asked him to leave a small amount of dirt to fill in where he dug out the bushesHe dug up the job at the beginning of August when I was out of townI returned to find a huge pile of everything he dug up including stone and clay on my neighbors property When he came to complete the job he left huge ruts on my lawn and my neighbors lawnI have to pay for a landscaper to repair this propertyI paid him the balance of $2,on Sept 23rdThis complaint has been setteled, not to my satisfaction however I do not wish to pursue it any further

We have tried separate times to do *** *** driveway1st time her husband wanted it to be hotter outside, the temperature was close to degrees out, it's perfect weather to paveThe other two times did not fit her schedule for what ever reasonI mentioned to her we where starting a very
large project if we can't do it the third time I tried, I will not be able to do the driveway at all for season of we mailed her deposit back approximately weeks ago Jodi was extremely difficult person !Any questions, call John *** ***

His response is an example of the same run around that he gave me as a customer Never addressed any of the facts of the complaints I listedWe had specific conversations stating "he can't get to it this week, should be next week" on different occasions Perhaps hes confused of my name because every time I called, he would refer to it as "oh your the $deal" Try using that phrase instead of my name, maybe this will jog his memory. As of today, we still haven't received our check we sent John V*** as confirmed by our bank

We looked & looked, we have no record or a signed contract for *** ***Sometimes people are under the impression if you call and verbally say ok to a contract that we can put the job on the listWithout a signed contract & deposit mailed in, we can't put someones job on the list
