I am responding to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be unsatisfactory to me I will wait for the business to fix what they damagedFor the sake of their business, the damage is only $to repairI will not accept any apologyI will however accept monetary funds to fix my truckAlso when said tow Truck showed up, the operator could not get my drive shaft off my truck, so the operator call a buddy to use a torch to take the bolts offI had to pay for that, which should've come out of the price of the towThen miles down the road, the tow truck breaks downI had to fix thatThat " experienced" operator did not know to check the fuel filter, and also didn't know to take the axle shafts out I tow the truckI am not happy at all with the servixe, attitudes of the owner, and the time it took to get miles to get my truck fixedIt took all of hours to do a hour job.Regards, [redacted]
