Complete and utter scam company. They will not release vehicles to tow operators or insurance companies without having both a certificate of insurance with them listed as certificate holder AND workers comp insurance with the same. This is an illegal and unethical business practice that Major Crimes was already made aware of. Avoid this shady and scamming company like the plague.

towed my vehicle from an accident scene without my consent,
They forced me to pay via cash, and forced me to run in freezing rain for 40 minutes
to get it. I was not allowed to see, or photograph the damage done to my vehicle while it was in their hands.

List of items damaged or removed from my vehicle.

1, window was broken off its rail

2. car was smoked in

3. rear bumper segment was removed and never returned to me

4. wheel center cap was removed without my permission and never returned to me.

They towed my car which was initially my fault for parking in a private lot that use deodorant to be public. I understand that part is my fault. However, my car was towed on a Saturday afternoon and the shop clams to be closed until Monday at 8 am so they're going to charge me at least 2 days (probably 3) of storage fees. They were available to tow on a weekend, yet they aren't open to retrieve your vehicle? Shady!!
