I am a recent graduate of *** *** *** and also pursuing my MastersI called this morning to inquire about a partnership between the university and this temp agency and was greeted by a extremely rude womanI was nothing but upbeat and respectful to the woman who answered the phone with an Caribbean accent, however I was hung up on when I asked for her last name to address her correctlyI called back and asked to speak with a supervisor and was hung up on againThe ridiculously poor customer service and disrespectful manner I was dealt with is absolutely unexceptableOne thing most individuals that own a business or are employed understand the customer is always right even if we feel as if they're wrongThe woman then proceeded to call me back to let me know that she is the owner and that I came off rude that's why she hung up ! All I can say is WOW ! The fact that this "business owner" called me back to continue to be rude and advise me that I was wrong has blown my mindNo apology was ever given, so as I told her before I told her to have a wonderful day I will be posting my experience with this company on every website that has any affiliation with this companyI will never refer another person to this temp agency eitherJust as I said to this woman when she tried to explain herselfalmost everyone that has ever worked a job has dealt with rude individuals however you do not take it out on other customersI hope by me posting this on the internet there will be more training on customer service or some sort of repercussions to this ignorant behavior
