I would like for JE Enterprises at 3801 Atrisco Dr. NW Albuquerque 87120 ###-###-#### to return my 1500 dollars as the contract says if the Kirby was returned within three days which we did everything within the three days given our money would be returned. They have not followed their own company...

policy nor have they behaved professionally

A salesman from JE Enterprises sold me a Kirby system February 4, 2017 and I just wanted to say I am very satisfied with the product, my carpet and hardwood floor look amazing now and I don't have to waste money for someone to come and shampoo my carpet anymore. Amazing company and product!

Bought a Kirby from a salesman at JE Enterprises and he was very respectful and had great customer service skills. I would recommend this company to anyone who is a clean freak! Awesome machine

Review: On February 5, two Kirby Vacuum cleaners salesmen came to our home and offered us a vacuum with a lifetime guarantee & one year of free products. They were supposed to return on Saturday, February 7th and bring us the products and owners manual. They also told us that if we were not satisfied with the products, we could return them at any time before the first payment was made. The vacuum does not work, he called them on the 7th, 9th and 10th of February, plus we sent them e-mails but we received no responses. On February 10th we called and spoke to the Financial Company "Preferred Credit" who financed the loan and they were the ones who told us that we only had 3 days to cancel the contract. So on that same day (the 10th) we sent our cancellation notice and we have not received a response. The financial company continued the purchase contract agreement even though they knew our situation with this (non-working) vacuum.Desired Settlement: We want them (Kirby Company) to take back their vacuum cleaner and that this contract be cancelled. We do not want this vacuum cleaner and do not want to make any payments.

I know this post is kind of old but did you ever get this issue resolved?

Review: I was sold a Kirby Vacuum Cleaner on Sunday night, January 19 and on Tuesday I decided not to keep it since I am going to put down laminated flooring. I called Mr. [redacted] to advise him that I did not want the vacuum and to come get it, he said he would pick it up on Thursday, January 23. That same day he cashed my $100 check and that's when I realized that he was not coming. I keep calling and now does not answer. I know that I had to send a copy of the contract to the company to cancel but the address was so blurry in the copy that it could not be read it. I called the finance company to advised them of what was happening and they gave me the address and phone number, I called immediately but up to today, he (Mr. [redacted]) does not answer.Desired Settlement: All I want them to do is to pick up the vacuum and refund my ($100) deposit.

Review: BOUGHT A [redacted] VACUUM ON 12-02-14. Cancelled the purchase via register mail the next day. I have spoken to the company, I want my money back and for the vacuum to be picked up. Almost 2 months later, no resolution. The owner of the company JE ENTERPRISES, has not contact me, but in fact all the contacts have been from my part. Mr. [redacted] keeps promising to come and resolve this issue but nothing happens. I need help resolving this matter. The [redacted] company keeps telling me to be patient. It has been enough time for this matter to be resolved. I want a final resolution.Desired Settlement: Return my 1,000.00 dollars that I gave his salesman in cash and my old vacuum. Please, I would appreciate all the help that I can receive to finalize this matter.

Review: I returned a Kirby vacuum to the distributor within the guidelines of the contract with an expected refund of $1300.00. They will not refund the amount they owe me and numerous attempts to resolve this issue has been made thru the local distributor and the main Kirby customer service office. All contact information available for this business is faulty so there is no way to contact them myself. This issue is going on 60 days unresolved and is absolutely unacceptable. I have copies of the contract, tracking of registered letters, and tracking that they received the vacuum. There is no reason for them not to refund the money owed.Desired Settlement: I would like JE enterprises to contact me and then refund me the $1300.00 ASAP they owe me for return of the Kirby vacuum.
