On March 10, 2020 I purchased 4 tickets for the 2020 Central Florida Soul Fest, sold by ETIX (confirmation # 211699291) for a total of $365.20 ($85 x 4 for tickets and $6.30 x 4 for ticket fees). The event has been cancelled / rescheduled several times. I contacted both the vendor and the promoter. ETIX was unable to issue the refund, and suggested that I contact the promoter.
I have contacted the promoter on numerous occasions, and was finally told by Ernest Wilson via an email on April 7, 2021 that a refund would be issued the next day via Cash App. That never happened and I have not heard from him since.
The individuals in my party are all seniors, and two of them are no longer with us. I explained this situation to the promoter several times.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Due to CORONA virus the concert (Central Florida Soul Fest ) scheduled for March 28, 2020 was cancelled. I purchased four tickets in August 2019 via my debit card, order number#: *** for a total of $621.90 - that included $4.50 delivery fee. The tickets were sold by ETIX ***, but they were unable to refund me via my debit card because it had been more than 120 days since I purchased the tickets. They advised to me send an email to the promoter at [email protected] to receive my refund via the mail. I reached out to the vendor on numerous occasions and was finally asked on 4/10/20 to send them my mailing address; as they were going to issue me a refund. On 4/20/20, 4/23, and again on 4/28/20 I sent emails asking for status of my refund; all to no avail.
