I explained we do randomly drug test and a few of the men from the crew on his job were let goAs of now we have a completely different crew and they are impeccable in their pride of workmanshipI offered to send our Supervisor and Managers there to inspect any items that were in need of replacement or fixingI would personally write up a detailed report as to what we were planning on doing to correct his problems and then schedule a date to complete these items for himSince the time his project was completed we have changed crews and the way our final inspections are completedI have not heard back from Mr*** in regards to our offerI do believe we should be given the opportunity to do thisAs a company this is not the type of workmanship we performWe strive on our numerous awards for workmanship and customer service and I agree his project was handled incorrectly and have offered the opportunity to correct the mistakes that were madeAt the time of his project we did correct the crew's behavior in regards to their talk on jobs and the gasoline problem and the drug issuesThank you!!
