Was paid $7730 as down payment on the cost for work on the property.Did not complete work, damaged fence, left piles of debris.
Signed contract 12-16-19 for work to be done at a cost of $19,925 and gave *** check for $7,730 as a down payment.Work to begin on 12-17-19 and completed by Jan.10,2020. Jan 20th a 12x20 foot cement slab and 90ft walkway was poured. Excavation debris left on site,no other work completed.My calls have gone unanswered. Cost to remove debris is $3500. He also removed and damaged portion of my fence.He has not paid for the slab or walkway.I do not want him on my property. Would like to recover the cost of $3500 for the debris removal. Anyone considering using the company should do a back round check.SHOCKING

Two contracts were signed on December 12, 2019 with *** Excavating & Associates Inc., work was to begin on or before December 26, 2019 with crews working 5 days per week (inclement weather and holidays may affect this schedule) with an estimated completion date of January 10, 2020 for both contracts. As of February 10, 2020 work has not been completed on either job and Mr. will not return phone calls, text messages or emails. He has been paid in full for one job (job is not complete) and has received half the payment for the second job. We've been contacted by 2 subcontractors that were paid with checks that bounced and the bank accounts have been closed. The last contact we've had from *** was a response to an email on January 30, 2020 in which he stated he would be in contact with the subcontractors and resolve the issue. As of today February 10, 2020 neither subcontractor has been contacted by ***.
