Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: as explained in my original complaint, I never accepted limited liability for damages incurred for this move. I never authorized this company to credit any amount of money back to my bank account unless it was the amount of estimated repairs. And the $360 that was not authorized to be credited to my bank account is not the amount required to repair the piano they destroyed. As previously explained, I am awaiting my credit union's response to challenging the charges incurred in this move. Should that claim be denied, this case will be taken to small claims court on the counsel of my attorney.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Mr. S[redacted] continues to assert that he is only liable for limited damages, however in the UTC document he has provided it clearly states that I am to be afforded an opportunity to choose which level of protection for my items prior to the move. No such offer was made by Mr. S[redacted] when preparing for this move. As in such, a decision to offer limited liability does not become default due to his negligence in providing me with proper alternatives prior to the move.
There are other multiple situations outlined in this document provided from the UTC where Mr. S[redacted] did not provide me with my basic rights prior to and during the move in question. 
I will not continue to banter back and forth over Revdex.com complaint forums to settle this. The only acceptable response will be for Mr. S[redacted] to provide compensation in the amount of the repair estimate previously provided. Beyond that, I will be filing for proceedings in small claims court if my credit union chooses not to reverse the charges to my account for the move in question.
