Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: MrS [redacted] continues to assert that he is only liable for limited damages, however in the UTC document he has provided it clearly states that I am to be afforded an opportunity to choose which level of protection for my items prior to the moveNo such offer was made by MrS [redacted] when preparing for this moveAs in such, a decision to offer limited liability does not become default due to his negligence in providing me with proper alternatives prior to the move There are other multiple situations outlined in this document provided from the UTC where MrS [redacted] did not provide me with my basic rights prior to and during the move in question I will not continue to banter back and forth over Revdex.com complaint forums to settle thisThe only acceptable response will be for MrS [redacted] to provide compensation in the amount of the repair estimate previously providedBeyond that, I will be filing for proceedings in small claims court if my credit union chooses not to reverse the charges to my account for the move in question Sincerely, [redacted]
