This company was referred to us by El Dorado Furniture to repair a recliner chair that my year old mother uses daily After several phone calls and emails (all unanswered), Carlos Vera went to the house on November 3, 2018, uprighted the chair and told my mother that the chair needed a part; that he would order it and return in weeks She wrote him a check for $ $for the service call and $for the partIt has been 1/weeks and the chair is still not fixed
For the last weeks we have left numerous phone messages to different phone numbers XXX-XXX-XXXX, 786-873-(they never pick up the phone or return phone calls) Last Friday Carlos Vera called to say he would be at my mother's on Monday (12/17/18) between 5- He didn't show up or call I found another phone number online, his personal mobile XXX-XXX-XXXX and once again said they are really busy!
