the worse, I supposeHe told me during our last conversation after I learned of his complaint, that he was sorry for submitting the complaint and that he would contact you at the B.B.Band cancel the complaint since there was only a miscommunication issueI have mailed him a check and I see that he has already cashed itI actually paid him the full amount of the repairs instead of the 50% he was asking for
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
