Billed me additional funds, I did not authorize and did no work.Originally billed me 2500.00 in early 2014.He additionally billed me another 6500, I paid him 5000 and he did no work. I fired his firm as he did no work at all. He refuses to refund my 5000.Desired SettlementA full refund of what I paid him.I believe he is very unethical.Business Response The consumer must execute the waiver form of the Revdex.com, known as Authorization FOR RELEASE OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO AND BY THE Revdex.com, (Standard Procedure of the Revdex.com) in order for us to discuss and respond to this case due to client confidentiality and privlege. Our official response, additional information, will be a legal opinion letter obtained as part of our voluntary internal quality control procedures in cases of this nature and sent to the consumer by legal counsel in regard to a refund. We would like to provide the legal opinion letter, as our response, to the consumer's complaint to the Revdex.com and have the legal opinion letter be our official response in regard to this matter. The legal opinion letter will clearly establish no basis in law and fact to these allegations by the complaint.
