3-1-16 – Request was received by the insured to cancel her
[redacted] auto and umbrella policies. The signed Cancel Request forms were sent
to [redacted] the same day via email with request to cancel policies.
3-3-16 – [redacted] requested evidence of replacement
coverage. Insured provided...
this and it was forwarded back to [redacted] the same
day.
3-10-16 – [redacted] had not yet processed the cancellations.
We were able to cancel the auto policy online but the umbrella needed to be
cancelled by [redacted]. Sent a second request to [redacted] to cancel the
umbrella.
3-15-16 – Advised the insured that both cancels had been
processed and I was advised by [redacted] it would take 7-10 days to get the
refund issued out to her.
3-18-16 – Insured emailed to say she had not received her
refund yet. Reiterated to her that when I spoke with [redacted] back on the 15th
they advised it would take 7-10 days for the refund to be issued out to her.
Based on that, she should expect her refund anywhere between the 22nd
and the 25th of March.
3-22-16 – Insured contacted our office to say she had not received
the refund yet. Our office contacted [redacted] and was advised the credit was
due to go out on the 24th and should hit her account on the 25th.
This information was provided to the insured.
Our office will follow up with the insured to be sure she
receives her refund from [redacted]
