Furnaces warranty expired 07/11/2014  Labor warranty expired 07/11/2010. Customer chose to use other HVAC company. ** was never given the opportunity to diagnose problem with Furnace.

I am rejecting this response because:The original installation consisted of...

incorrect equipment installed with poor workmanship. As originally stated, twice the size required for my house. Had a proper permit been applied for [redacted] County would have never approved  this installation. Why would I even consider calling back the same company that lacked the expertise to even correctly wire a simple humidifier. What does furnace warranty have to do with any of this?
