Said that it would cost me around 150 plus taxes and if any supplies were needed regionally when I called. Seemed to be the going rate from the places I called. So they came out then he said my bill was 300+! Called today and apparently I am a liar and I asked if they had their call recorded to prove this and they said no and I was told I would have to pay a trip charge. If I was told about a trip charge plus a after hours fee then why was I so shocked when the guy called me and then questioned him about it and he couldnt say anything really. Service was terrible the guy who came to the house wouldnt tell me much of anything about what happened in my house or what was going on. Thought it was ok to use stuff in my basement for him to work on the boiler and decided to tell my friend most of the stuff that was going on with the boiler.... why wouldn't you tell the owner of the house? Makes no sense. Called them today because apparently my card did work and they must have wrote down the wrong numbers or something and continued to argue with me on the amount charged and got nowhere.
