They are not honouring there contract and finishing up the yard. they have been paid for the work already in contract.
It has been 2 yrs since the Fort McMurray. It has taken them over a year to do the basement garage, fence, sod, rough grade. ***. The contractors have the money and it has all been paid for. We have tried to resolve any issues and ask that they finsh up the job. It is now costing them more money so they are stalling and do not want to do the job or finish it up. They have been paid in full and they are doing nothing.
We are asking that they finish the job in 30days which is, rough grade then bring it to grade the yard, fence and the gates(2) put the grass down and pack down the driveway with the gravel.
We have contact *** and she advises that she DID NOT send in this complaint. Please remove this from your records. This is clearly defamation from an unknown party and should NOT be tolerated.
We have spent the last month trying to resolve the issue with our rebuild to no avail , Lawyers are now involved . J&H has stated that I did not make the complaint , in fact I authorized my daughter in law to do so on my behave . My husband and I are seniors and the stress of the fire and trying to deal with J&H home has been overwhelming for us . *** Fort McMurray Alberta
