J H Cleaning

I hired Jh cleaning to do mold remediation. I had estimates from several companies and JH was priced the lowest and could provide service in a reasonable time (this is after the none ending snowfalls of 2015). More importantly, their technique of removal was exactly what I wanted (some companies I called were providing inferior methods). I was a little skeptical because it sounded too good to be true, so thought perhaps the quality was lacking. However they exceeded my expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I researched rug cleaning company's and they came highly listed not only by the Revdex.com but also on [redacted]. I have all the emails showing confirmation of having my rugs cleaned. I called the number many times but they would never answer. They would only respond to emails. When I emailed them at 9:15 am the day before they were to show up just to make sure everything was still on scheduled, I did not receive any answers back until after 5:30pm. The email was short, rude and did not offer to reschedule.
I would not and will not recommend them to anyone and I have told my company who was going to use them as well as my condo association not to use them as well. They were very unprofessional, and put me in a stressful position. I had already had all the furniture moved, etc. I had company coming to say with me in 3 days.

Review: I am writing this complaint because I am completely and utterly upset and disgusted by the way the professionals at this buisiness have acted. I am not only dissapointed, but I am confused as to how or why these individuals behaved towards me in this manner.

I contacted JH cleaning a few weeks ago through email inquiring about their services following a coupon I received in a coupon booklet through the mail. I was interested in having my carpet cleaned and the coupon price seemed very reasonable. After exchange of a few emails about pricing and scheduling, I expected to have my carpets cleaned today, which is Friday June 6 at 130. My boyfriend and I realized it was JH cleaning...about 1.5 hours early. Not a big deal I said, and my boyfriend asked the two gentlemen to give us some time to round up our two dogs ands cat, and to get dressed so we could leave the house while they cleaned the carpet. We didn't want our pets to get into the way of their work. Approximately 8 minutes later my boyfriend was taking the animals out the back door and I was opening the front door to speak with the men and give them the go ahead, I see them drive across part of my neighbors yard to turn around and peel out of our street. Confused, I said oh maybe they realized the appointment wasn't until 130 and went to grab a coffee or a bite to eat. I called the office phone number twice and left a message. I was not sure of they were

This is a response to a complaint of a job we had. Which is funny, because we didn't even do the job, so I don't know how a complaint should even be there. Basically, drove from East Bridgewater to Marshfield for a carpet job and was a half hour early. It was between 12 and 2. I knocked on the door, a guy came to the door, seemed confused and disoriented and said give him one minute to put the dogs away. So I went to the van, took out about 100 feet of steam line, brought it to the sliding door, and waited. For 18 minutes. Then knocked again on the door, and 3 little dogs and a cat were still at the door. So I waited 3 more minutes, brought the steam line back to the truck, turned around in the neighbors driveway and left. About 30 minutes later they called and asked me where I was, and I was in Situate. So I walked away from the job because A, guy was a little shady, B no one moved dogs or the cat in the 21 minutes I was waiting, and two knocks in 20 minutes went unanswered. And I spent $6 to get there. So I didn't make a dime, I lost money. She also said that I ran over grass and spun my tires, but we are talking about a 9000 pound van that holds 100 gallons of water, so there is no spinning any tires with a van that heavy. Please do not put this on the website, or effect my rating. If you look back for the past 14 years we've never had any issues.
