I called this place of business because I had been informed that they were the purchaser of guns from my fathers estate. I was wanting to buy back a couple of the guns. As soon as I gave my name to [redacted] he immediately went on a very angry rant which included the phrase "I don't have to answer any questions from a [redacted] woman". That is verbatim and was repeated three times.That is the tip of the iceberg of what he felt the need to say to me.
I had to hang up on him because I never got a chance to even let him know why I was calling or to really say much of anything due to the fact he was out of control.
I called back 20 minutes later and while he was still on the defensive, which I never found out why, I did manage to conduct a transaction.
I do not know if this is a normal attitude by Mr. Highsmith towards women or if he talks to everyone that way. I do know that if I lived in the area that is not a place of business I would ever utilize and would not recommend.
