any of the messages I left with his secretary, and had no idea that the guys running my route weren't doing the job properly. He apologized a couple of times and offered to send me a full refund of our advance payment, AND offered to pick up our garbage for the rest of the year free of charge if we would continue to use his service. I had already switched to a different provider, but I did think that was a very nice gesture on his part. We'll see if I receive the refund check or not. I think this is a case of an owner not having good awareness and control of his employees, and business operations in general.
