Mid March my wife(*** ***)and I hired *** *** "***" to install a privacy fence on our property*** was negligent in his duty to install the fenceHe failed to perform the duties in an effective manner, causing the fence, shortly after being installed, to begin to fall over*** has refused to follow through with resolving this issueWe have tried for months to get in contact with him, with no success

The fence was installed in March the complaint did not come out until July. Due to nature we have had multiple big storms that would cause the fence to lean. fence and said it would cost to fix  the fence and the land owner was not going to help assist with payment. Landowner is complaining about cracks in 4x4's but 4x4's come with cracks there is nothing that we can do to control that issue. There was no warranty no contract and due to weather the fence is leaning months later. The land owner is not willing to assist in paying for fence and if they are willing to pay for fence we can fix the fence.
